In an effort to maintain and increase customer satisfaction, the renowned Austrian bank organisation, Raiffeisen, is launching a SurveyOnTablet trial project in their Bulgarian branch network. The trial project is in line with the bank’s mission to seek long-term customer relationships, meet the highest professional standards and effectively satisfy customers’ needs.
